The Fleur de Lis, a stylized lily, has been a familiar symbol used for centuries for religious, political, and artistic reasons. In Italy, the Fleur de Lis is found in icons of the first Bishop of Florence, Zenobius. The front of the Italian coin, florin, was decorated with this flower from 1252 to 1533. And, the Tuscan towns of Firenzuola and Castelfiorentino share a red fleur de Lis on their coat of arms. Mounting hardware is included. 100% lead-free pewter. Handcrafted in the USA.

Very nice piece but one of the rings arrived without any mounting hardware. Perigold says I should receive it by the end of next week—but that’s too long to wait for hardware that is indispensable in mounting. That laziness results in my bath remaining in disarray two weeks longer than planned. Failing to include the requisite mounting hardware is honestly, inexcusable as I could have gotten something locally and be done with it... Jordan. Greenlawn, NY. Fri Mar 29 2024
