Great sink you just need to have 2 drains and 2 sets of water lines to accommodate the double sinks. If you are converting a single sink to a double sink you have to cut out areas for the drain pipes to run. I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC. A 48-inch bathroom vanity that comes with its ceramic sink, so there is no countertop sourcing to figure out. The cabinet and sink ship in two separate boxes and arrive together. Faucet, mirror, and drain plumbing are not included, so pick those to match your bathroom. Two doors sit on the left and right, two drawers run down the center, and an open shelf at the bottom holds baskets, folded towels, or a scale where you can reach it without opening a door. The body uses E1-grade particle board and MDF with melamine facing, and the door and drawer fronts are painted for a smoother finish than raw laminate. All exposed edges are fully banded, which matters most around the sink where splashes and daily humidity do their damage. The finish is white with gold handles. Four legs carry the base, each with a silicone foot pad to keep the vanity from sliding and protect tile from scratches. An EVA pad sits along the top edge where the cabinet meets the sink, which cuts down on rattling and gives the sink a bit of grip. Took a bit of time to put together. Couldn’t get the doors to hang flush, still need to work on them. It is a nice touch to have soft close doors and drawers. I love the texture the fluted feature adds to the cabinet and the rounded edges are great. The solid surface top is solid white no veining like a faux marble.
