This bathroom was part of renovation that saw a half bath (originally just a sink and a toilet) be turned into a bathroom with walk-in shower. We had this work done as part of a self-contained studio to rent to travelling nurses on short term contracts to help with my Mom's care costs. I feel that this bathroom has played a huge part in the fact that we have not had an empty rental period since January. We also bought the vanity pictured in my photos from Wayfair. This is nice tile. I was afraid the navy blue would give nautical vibes, but I think the design prevents that from happening. Note that it has very, very, minor texture to it, which I think comes from the printed lines. Despite me liking it, I don't think I'll be able to use it because: 1) it looks too dark in my cave-esque kitchen (it looks almost black), and 2) it shows smudges.
