Incredible packaging, everything you need in the box EXCEPT a masonry bit to drill two holes through your tile to mount the lower portion of the rod assembly. The shower system works as advertised with an easy-to-reach accessible control valve to direct the water flow to either the overhead rain head or the handheld head. We had a previous system that had that feature, but the control valve was located way up by the shower head making it difficult for my elderly father to reach. Ordered in champagne bronze for a master bathroom renovation. Impressive size and gorgeous look. I like the idea of the button to change the settings. It has yet to be installed so I can't comment on the functionality, but I have high hopes. Update: We've now been using the shower head for over a year. The spray is sufficient (the new ones with flow restrictions are never great). It's easy to change the spray pattern, although we find we like one more than the rest anyway. My husband likes the ability to stop the water flow entirely at the push of a button without losing the temperature setting. One downside is that it shows water spots like crazy.
