Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. While the white ceramic top may be durable, it's fussy, and water, as well as other minor household chemicals, leave liquid spots that must be wiped away almost immediately (the photo doesn't pick up the liquid spots). For that reason, I gave it one star less. However, a wet or dry microfiber cloth can moisten the liquid spots and wipe them away. First off, they came next day and were 95% assembled, I only had to put on the legs and the bottom shelf, less than 15 minutes, tools included. I absolutely love this vanity. It was delivered in perfect condition and easy to assemble the top to the base that was already assembled. Lots of space on the inside. My only complaint is that the doors slam and it is very loud. I am going to try to add some thin felt pads to try tobsoftwn the sound but I think there are magnets where the doors meet in the center and it may make the doors stick out.
