Yale Assure Lock 2 does its job. I installed on our front door with ease. The bluetooth functionality is helpful. I like the design of this, not so big! Touchscreen functions well, very responsive! Plan to buy module in the future.

Works great with the app to set up codes; the batteries lasted a little less than one year but was easy to change.

We have had Yale touch screen locks for over 8 years. Have been promoting them to friends and family for just as long. Lost track of how many I have helped install. Have had a few issues, nothing major though. This new Assure lock new out of the box had a defective deadbolt that would twist as it deployed. That would prohibit it from latching. Support was gracious enough to send a replacement after providing pictures and video. Still was a few hours of wasted time dealing with issues. On receipt of the new deadbolt, it was easy to note the redesign to prevent the problem. Why not just swap the part before shipping it to begin with if they knew it was an issue. The new box, purchased directly from Yale did not include installations, which normally did not bother me, but the process has changed, and programing now goes through the app, not the key pad. Had to look up the instructions on the support website. Lastly, I personally prefer old touchscreen surface. To me seems much more durable and substantial. This new one raises quality issues for me.

Replaced Schlage key lock dead bolt. Everything fit, install was simple. Replaced front and back door. Look great work smoothly!

Best looking smart lock on the market. Very robust software. All works as it should. I had a smart lock from a different company at the beginning and it definitely didn’t work as well. East installation.

Super easy to follow installation instructions (video clips a big help!) Working flawlessly, lock mechanism is super smooth- smoother than my previous deadbolt. Also extra brownie points for MINIMAL plastic packaging, like next to non, all cardboard 100% recyclable.

Very happy with my 2nd Yale Assure lock! It works great with HomeKit!

The lock is beautiful and functions well. But creating a home kit lock that doesn’t have homekey is just silly
