Complicated instructions of how to put together. Lots of little pieces. Make sure it fits your door or else it’s a pain and you have to go buy tools to make fit, which are not cheap.

I absolutely love this Yale Assure Lock 2 by Yale Home. The ease of use alone is worth the investment. Installation was pretty straight forward. If you’ve ever changed a lock or doorknob, you can install this. Zero regrets!

This is my third one of these! Love it! Works great and so nice with a big family to have easy access into the house . Recommend

Neither of the units I bought worked with any of the phones we tried for setup. The app (which is the only way to set them up) did not function properly on Android or iOS. Even returning them has been difficult, so I cannot recommend trying this lock.

I bought this lock for our front door a few years ago, and it is still going strong. Batteries last me about 1 year, and the buttons are very nice to press. I get notifications when the door is locked or unlocked, and it's nice to be able to let family members in when on vacation to feed the cats. I would recommend this to lock to anyone looking to add some smart capability to their home! the only gripe I have about it is that sometimes the tamper alarm goes off for no reason and I need to remove the batteries to restart it. This has happened probably 3 times since 2019

I I bought this lock 2 years ago and it is easy to open with an anti-jammer which my neighbor used to enter my house

hardware is ok, software is so so... you can clearly see that company doesn't care much about the software, it is buggy, usability is cumbersome, etc.
