Doesn't work. came with damaged box and it has been installed and the unit inside works but the outside unit doesn't turn on.

Unit would not cool or heat once set up. Upon looking into it, product arrived with a manufacturer defect. The electronics board was configured wrong according to their diagram provided, so it is literally incapable of doing what it is advertised to be able to do, heating and cooling. There are no connections from the boards heating and cooling locations. So it is just a very overpriced fan. Manufacturer refused to send a replacement electronics board or acknowledge error on their part. Would not buy again based on these quality issues. Would not recommend to anyone else to purchase.
