I have been wanting/looking for a walker like this for a long time. Having the option to be sit and be pushed when out with the family is a huge benefit. I'm a young walker user (46F) and this is my 3rd walker and it will work great for me, but I don't know that I'd recommend it to my 80 yo mother. Here are the pros and cons Pros: Option to use as a wheel chair. The foot rests slide in and out super easy and fit in the under seat bag so they are always with you. Three are handles to grab when you sit down and a seat belt Multiple ways to adjust height. Both the arm handles and the wheels can be adjusted for height Very sturdy, no chance of falling when you're holding onto this big boy Cane/umbrella holder- none of my other ones had this Cons- It's big and bulky. It'll fit in my SUV, but I don't know about a sedan. It doesn't fold and unfold easily, the handle to pull and push to latch is wire and lot easy to get to Even with the height adjustments, it might not be great for shorter people. I'm 5'9" and on the second to shortest I couldn't touch to ground when seated. The seat tends to flip up when you go to sit on it. Not a big deal for me, but I can see my mom sliding off. Another thing to note with assembly. All The wheels fit in all the holes so you can very easily put everything together going the wrong direction and think it was made wrong because the handles are at a weird angle (ask me how I know). This is the perfect cart for handling items especially if you have stairs. It holds plenty of grocery items and is very easy to maneuver. I also use it for toting items like empty bottles for glass recycling which are far too heavy when placed in separate in bags. I live in a condo community which has a dumpster for residents' trash, so I remove the storage bag and place my trash bag (or one bag on top of another) use a string to tie the bags to the handle of the cart and easily bring the bags to the dumpster which is far better than walking to to it with two heavy bags - especially for those of us over 50. I have had this for about a year now and wanted to write a review because when it first arrived I was skeptical if it would hold up . Let me tell you over a year later this has held up and been amazing to have I live in a apartment building and bringing water upstairs can be hard but with this it folds down to almost notthing and takes up no space so I leave it in my trunk and honestly use it all the time I have a big clip to hold bags you will see it in the pic I have tie downs to hold things to it .
