48'' Black Task Floor Lamp

This is great especially now that so much time is spent indoors.

Bought this for my husband last Christmas. Sturdy quality. He used it all winter and into the spring before the weather warmed up.

Was very pleased with how quick order was processed.

I should have paid more attention to the description. My current table top light which is 3 years old is LED and will not need changing for years. This lamp is fluorescent and will slowly dim and need to be changed. So the paper work has to be filed on getting replacement bulbs. I must sit tall even on a low arm chair because its right in front of my eyes not a little overhead which would be more comfortable. It was easy to set up.

The lamp could almost pass for a typical house lamp based on looks, which I consider good. it doesn't have a medical look to it, so I placed it in living room. The light seems to have a broad angle, enjoying it so far!

light is great but a little awkward, wish the light had a bend in it.

Was told on 3 separate calls that this was made in the USA! It seems like good quality, but the price was high and I was fine with that if it was made in USA. I give it 3 stars so far because of high price.

I bought this for my kids - we live in the Midwest and the Winter has been brutal. Large enough that they can both use simultaneously to sit under and do their homework. Highly recommend. Sturdy too.

It's bright, it goes together easily, it's not made in China. It's not what I would choose esthetically --- obviously taste is very individual and some people will hate the boxy, unadorned look of this lamp --- but it looks good enough to me to keep it out in my living room, where I use it as a reading light. Too soon to say if it improves my mood over the long gray winter. For those who say it's too expensive: that sort of attitude is why everything is made in China now. Not a political rant, just an economic reality: in the race to the bottom, everyone loses. I happen to think quality is worth saving for and worth rewarding, you may prefer instant gratification and easily disposable fashion, in which case don't whine about the price --- buy something else. I have lamps that belonged to my grandparents that are over 50 years old and still work beautifully. "Expensive" is a $50 lamp you have to replace every year. It's too soon to say how well this one will hold up. Check back in 50 years.
