This Sugatsune Aileron set includes 2 concealed hinges and 1 lid stay that work together to give an upward-opening lid lift assist on the way up, a free stop anywhere in its travel, and a soft close on the way down. Lift assist and soft close are adjusted independently. It holds the lid open at 95 degrees, suits lids needing 35.4 to 53.1 lbf/in. (40.8 to 61.2 kgf/cm) of torque, and measures 2.64 in. (67 mm) high by 2.44 in. (62 mm) wide with a 6.69 in. (170 mm) closed length. The included hinges are 360-D26-19T type, it needs a minimum 3 in. by 7 in. installation area, and it mounts with 3.5 x 15 steel screws. It is made of steel (SPCC) with a plain finish and it is certified to RoHS 2.
