We wanted to love this rug so badly but it had so many splinters! It is a beautiful rug but we had to spend time to pick the splinters out. Even then, there was more. It was so uncomfortable walking on it. I understand thats how the rug was made but still, shouldnt be that many. Maybe I just got a bad one! Returned as it wasnt worth it.

It is not the softest rug but I don't find it that uncomfortable to downgrade the review to 4 stars.

I ordered 9ft by 12ft rug. What was delivered to me is 8.8ft by 12ft rug (see pictures for the proof). Disappointing as it doesn’t perfectly fit the space now. The rug itself is beautiful though. Just be aware the the size you might get is not what is being advertised!

This is a really nice rug, quite happy the way my nursery turned out. Very sturdy and doesn’t shed like some wool rugs. The design and texture are really unique so it really elevates the overall appearance of the room. Rating it 4 instead of 5 stars because it is a bit on the scratchy side. It’s A++ for foot traffic only areas and occasional sitting but if it’s for spaces where prolonged sitting or child play is anticipated may need to put a sheet over it. Not a deal breaker, just minor inconvenience.

Completely different than the photos. The rug is a lot darker in person, despite the photos making it look quite light with a subtle pattern. Pattern is quite hard on the eyes.
