These are great stools! Sturdy and comfortable and a perfect height for our kitchen counter. They even replaced a seat damaged during delivery within a week!

I liked the look of the stools. They feel like they are pretty sturdy which was important to me. The finishes weren't so good though. They arrived looking like they had been beaten up with each other. There were dents/marks in the backs. There was scraping and chips out out of the legs even they were all wrapped. Maybe the damage was happening for wrapping? I ordered 4 chairs. All four of them had similar issues.

Bought this 2 yrs ago and the seats are starting to peel away. The steel legs are a great addition but the chair peeling only revived 3 stars from me.

Love the stools but 2 out of 3 came with a nick/tear in the seat. Good news, new seats are already on the way and I don’t have to send the damaged ones back.

had to re-order one. The covering on the seat had slits in it. Too tall

They are lovely and well made. HOWEVER, the measurements were not correct for my bar height counter. I measured more than once to ensure I was selecting the correct seat height. A little too low for eating at the counter, but comfortable seating.

Only instructions are to attach the seat to the frame which was complete. After the 4th stool, I noticed the top of the seat back is all scraped up. Looks like it was dropped before it was shipped to me. Too much of a pain to return. Not sure of how I will address this yet. Mayfair credited me 10%, I think. The seat is not 32". It is 31" to top of very firm cushion. The cushion is very comfortable.

Barstools are exceptional! My only issue is the first two I bought, I paid for assembly and all that needed to be done was put the seat on. It was upsetting that it was not communicated to the buyer that assembly was putting 4 screws in a seat. When I bought the third stool of course I knew not to pay 75.00 for assembly. If the stools weren’t so nice, I wouldn’t have bought a third!
