Honeycomb Brass Floor Register

Great Floor Grates. They look beautiful against my hardwood and they sit perfectly flat on the floor.

Beautiful and high quality vents. The price is hard to swallow but I do think the quality reflects that.

I bought others to try to save some money, but they were either damaged or flimsy and fell apart. These are high quality and beautiful.

This vent register is so close to being exactly what we wanted but it trips at the finish line. The interior size of the box is precisely 4x10 (with zero play for bent vent metal etc. Worse it has screw heads sticking out enough on both sides that it would not fit in the vent which had flooring cut to exactly 4x10

These look so great in our house. I've gotten many compliments on them. I got three different finished depending on what the flooring was, and they're all perfect.

I was looking for a quality floor register and compared these to Reggio and many others. The SH brand in the honeycomb pattern fit the bill perfectly for me: quality aged brass finish, good detail on the machining, solid feel “underfoot.” The steel register undercarriage mounts to the brass grate with four screws. The screws can be loosened or tightened slightly to achieve a secure fit into your duct opening. If you have a tight fit, you can remove the two screws on the same side if the screw heads interfere with your fit, or file your duct opening to allow the screw heads to pass. I’ve used these registers in all types of flooring: carpet, hardwood and stone. The small handle to adjust airflow is very subtle and does not create a tripping hazard. These units are more expensive than some, less than others. You do get what you pay for, and I recommend the SH brass registers.
