NOT HAPPY WITH THIS UNIT. WATER IS LEAKING FROM UNDERNEATH THE UNIT

Easy to put together. We did have to cut off some of the window bracket because our windows are narrow.

Like this quiet, powerful, easy to use. Rolls away for winter. Great as a fan or A/C.

Perfect. Just what I needed. Works and cools so quickly and its not that loud. Thumbs up here.

The air conditioner is working good but set up was a little difficult especially with arthritic hands

Works great. Keeps my entire room cool throughout the summer. Easy to install. Drain water

seems to work well . The tech sent did the install in less than 20 minutes but left parts out and a gap on my window in which a follow up tech fixed with tape. Waiting to see how long it last
