I will start this review, yes it arrived, yes it looks exactly as described however after opening and removed the product from box we see a missing wheel searched inside the box , happy that it’s the box, but broken into pieces. Can’t even follow the after arrival instructions . It’s missing a wheel so it can’t be on a flat surface it can’t stand with upright it’s missing a foot, lol…. So know way of even mowing if all is well with the product. So once I receive the email response for my replacement request etc., then I will do a follow up review

Bought ths for my RV at the coast,and it makes such a HUGE difference in the coolness and comfort. AC works less!

Works really well as a dehumidifier should! Fits well and it’s portable enough to move drain system is good too.

Unfortunately with my experience dehumidifiers don’t have a long lifespan so I have had many. The ratings are correct, this is the quietest dehumidifier I have ever owned!!! So far so good, and I hope it works longer too!!!
