R.W.FLAME 360 Degree Oscillating Tower Fan with Quiet Cooling, 24H Timer, Remote Control, 8 Wind Speed

Initially received the wrong fan. Reached out to Wayfair and they directed me to a form and said the manufacturer would be in touch. It was a Friday so I was doubtful I'd hear from anyone at all - let alone quickly. Received email that evening and several throughout the weekend. Successfully returned wrong fan (see pics) and received the new one in a matter of about a week. Fur babies and I LOVE this fan! Arrived with noticeable scratches to the finish but I'm overlooking it because it doesn't interfere with the function and it doesn't look used (gross). TWO issues; not sure why the panel has moving lights that you cannot turn off (annoying at night but not a deal breaker once I'm asleep) and I have to get used to being able to stop the fan when it's directed where I want it - keep missing the mark and then having to let the fan go all the way around and click quickly to get it to stay put (a few times it reversed instead of going around but you have to be quick with the clicks when using remote). Other than that, really loving it. Taller than I anticipated (didn't pay attention to measurements) so the next one will be the shorter version. Not sure I need the 360 degrees since the fur babies are practically napping in my lap, but we'll see.... Haven't used ceiling fan since I received this. I would recommend. Rating of 10 for Wayfair and manufacturers communications and service recovery.

Very disappointed in the fan. It is very light weight looks cheap, on the highest speed it hardly produces any kind of breeze. I would like to request a refund to purchase a better fan,

For right now, it operates absolutely beautiful. Love this fan from my living room, dining room and kitchen area.

First when I got it I think it was too tall for the room. but it very quiet even when it at the higher setting. Really like this fan.
