Hassa Writing Desk

Nice looking desk. Larger that it looks.

In spite of the long delay in shipping, I received the wrong color desk! Due to its size and weight is is impossible for me to return. I ordered a black desk and received the brown.. I’m totally disgusted as all of the accessories in the room are black as I was specifically trying to match. I would like compensation in the form of a credit of 100. I paid over 100 for shipping to Alaska.

Desk is beautiful! It was a big pain to build and makes multiple hours, however we love how big it is and the color is great!

CAME DAMAGE ON THE TOP. Literally can't believe yall thought it would be acceptable to ship it to me like that after spending over $250 Dollars for it. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I want some money returned. Mind blown I'll update my review if yall make it right. If not I'LL NEVER buy from yall again and be sure to tell others not too. Sorry, I'm upset.

To start, the desk is built and I really like it but there were a couple issues with the state it was shipped in. First, all of the materials were really dusty - not a little, a lot. I had to wipe down every single piece of material, more than once, and it added an extra 10 -15 minutes just to clean everything. It looked like it had sat in a warehouse for a very long time. The other issue, some of the screw holes were threaded but the manufacturer left a little piece of wood when it should be a hole - through and through. At one point I could not get a board to screw into another so I had to take it all apart and use a screwdriver to push the excess wood out of the board and then reassemble it. I love everything else I have received from Wayfair, and again the desk is together now and it's great, sturdy but it was the most frustrating shipping conditions I have dealt with yet.

Multiple planks without their holes cut or not even cut at all. Careful what you buy from wayfair as it’s riddled with the lowest of the low Chinese manufacturing
