These 5/16 inch by 3/4 inch aluminum screen frame corners are designed for repairing or constructing aluminum window screen panels using square cut frame ends. They fit standard 5/16 x 3/4 inch aluminum screen frame material and slide securely into the open ends of the frame to create a strong ninety degree corner. The miter cut design is largely used for larger screen frames, or in high wind areas or when pets are a concern for DIY users across the United States. Made from stamped aluminum, these screen frame corners provide a lightweight and cost effective solution for replacing broken or brittle corners on existing window screens or for building new screens from raw frame stock. The miter cut leaves a clean corner design that makes the screen frame look amazing. Installation is quick and does not require tools, fasteners, or adhesives, however a mallet or wood block are often used to seat the corners. Each package includes 4 screen frame corners to support multiple repairs or full screen builds, offering excellent value for homeowners and professionals alike. These corners are intended for standard residential window screen applications and are commonly used in houses, apartments, and multi unit dwellings. Always compare your existing aluminum screen frame dimensions to the line drawing before purchasing to ensure proper fit and compatibility.
