Do you have a hinged door in your home or office, classroom or shop that could use a door stop and holder? These door stops with pivoting holders are designed to do exactly that; stop the door at a specific spot and hold it open when necessary. Spare yourself the work, the mess, and the expense of having to drill holes into your finished walls, baseboards, and floors. Instead, use this easy-to-install door stop-and-hold device that mounts onto any hard-finished flooring. The door-holding catch on the pivoting arm can then be swung around the door’s edge to hold it open, which is ideal when carrying in items, loading up the vehicle, or even just for better ventilating with the outdoor air. Equipping a self-closing door with one of these stop bumpers and door retainers work great with doors that close when forced by a spring, a pneumatic closer, gravity, or even just a slight breeze. The stop and bumper feature also help to avoid an opening door from impacting and damaging an adjacent wall, woodwork, and other household furnishings. Holding a door open with a simple device like these could not get any easier, as their method of installation requires no tools or fasteners. Order yours today.
