This is a self-closing gate spring. The tension is adjustable with the use of an adjustable wrench. Make sure not to over-tighten the tension on the spring to cause it to break, if your gate is still not closing to your standards you may need a second spring. All the necessary mounting hardware is included for your installation. A phillips head screwdriver will be required for the installation.
