We used these in an in-home gym install project to reduce noise within the house from workouts, and they add such a beautiful, stylish element to the space and break up the workout equipment nicely. That being said, these are a mathematical nightmare to put up, and require a lot of prep/measuring before being able to put them up on the walls. They are very much worth it, but make sure you have someone who knows what they're doing (like my contractor for this project!). One suggestion for the company/product: include extra felt in the packaging for filling in spaces where cuts are made and there isn't adequate felt for an edge (for those who want a black border/edge around the design).. I picked these stone veneers as they were neutral colored. I went back and painted a light white over the veneers and sponged the paint in. Added a wood frame and indirect lighting. Love the wall and am so happy with the overall look. I ordered 16 veneers in all so four packages. I laid them all out on the floor first to get a pattern that flowed. The veneers don’t all lay flat so I used a wood frame behind them and attached them to the frame with Brad nails. Easy to attach to frame and with the nails and you can pull them off and adjust if need be. Very easy to work with. I even had to cut 5” off the bottom row and super easy to cut with jigsaw. Love these! Wanted to jazz up my wall, a bit. It all started, when I decided I wanted to cover up the wallpaper seams that started looking more prominent. Went with the Walnut color, and they were beautiful out of the box, so I didnt want to paint or stain over them. Have a few left, so I might try and get a little more creative with some going in another direction. Havent gotten that far yet.
