So far so good. Not had it but a little over a week but it works great so far. Two things though. for one you need a 220 outlet to plug it in. A friend that was helping me to install it knew exactly what to do. I had to find a spot in my circuit breaker that would hold the proper circuit. and then run the wire to a plug that supported 220. This can be quite loud too. But none of this caused me to knock off any stars, as it fits in my window like a glove and does everything I need so far.
