We love this hot tub! 2 powerful pumps, lots of jets. The lightning is easily controlled from fading, setting one color. The stereo has great sound and has several seating options.

This was the PERFECT Father’s Day gift for my husband who deals with a lot of pain. We have it up and running and the next goal is to understand the gadgets.

CUstomer service is a struggle trying to get items corrected that do not work for a brand new item.

I love my hot tub,and so does my family. I was really expecting it to be smaller than it was because I had bought one before from way fair and I thought this one was around the same size but when they delivered it, I was amazed because it was a lot taller than my old one. I actually had to get me a set of steps just to be able to get in it and also , and Im not complaining or anything but I did realized real quick that I couldn’t sit in the lounger part because it was over my head. Lol, My family thinks that it is hilarious watching me hold onto the side to keep myself from going under while also trying to hold my legs on the jets without it pushing me all over the place. Lol, they keep telling me I need a booster seat but it would probably float up and konk me in the head. But now as for the hot-tub itself, the only real issue is that I did order one with Bluetooth speakers because I love relaxing at night and star gazing while listening to my music but only one speaker actually worked but the one speaker was still pretty loud so I never even let the company know because I was just happy to finally have a hot tub again. speaker wasn’t really a big issue f

Arrived in perfect shape. Hot tub is exactly as ordered,we are extremely pleased with our new hot tub.

Spa came as ordered and so far everything is working great!

It is WONDERFUL, I relax in it every day. The only problem I had was with the delivery. They didn't put it where I requested it to be put. I asked them when they dropped it off if they were going to put it where I requested it to be put. They looked at each other turned and got in the truck and left. Never even answered me. Kind of upsetting and rude. The tub is great just not the delivery guys...........

Hot tub arrived yesterday. It's beautiful. Waiting to get it hooked up. My issue is with the shipping. And maybe it's my own fault for assuming it would be delivered as it sits. Instead, it was delivered on its side! I understand they probably did it for space saving. But there is absolutely no way you can tilt an 800 lb. hot tub over without getting a crew of people. And the shipping guys basically told us all they have to do is deliver it as it is. So, my "Free Shipping" cost me another $200 for a crew with a winch set up to lower it down. I think something this important should be disclosed when ordering.

Very nice hot tub. Takes days to heat up from regular tap water (60 degrees). I installed a hot was hose bib behind it because every 3-4 months you have to clean it and drain it for servicing. Great deal!

Jets are nice and strong and seating is very comfortable. Blue tooth speakers have a surprisingly good sound.
