It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear. Awesome product, especially if you are utilizing as an underlayment, in order to lay down LVT (Luxury Vinyl Planking. It also has excellent insect repellent capability, sound deadening qualifies and insulating characteristics. Since they come in 2’x3’ sheets they are easy to manage. Simply glue the pad to a structurally solid concrete or wood sub-floor, and then adhere the planks directly to it. For ceramic tile use latex-modified thin set mortar both below and above the Insulayment.
