Kittitas 75'' Upholstered Power Reclining Loveseat

We love it!! Quality is excellent. After a problem with original order I contacted Wayfair. Completed their request for photos. Response was very swift, our decision to have unit replaced after being offered other solutions was again made very quickly. Their word and warranty was honored, we could not be MORE pleased. Enjoying our beautiful reclining loveseat every day!

This couch. Get the service warranty!!! The power mechanism went out on us and it stopped working, however wayfair directed us to the manufacturer. They were a nightmare to deal with but we eventually got it resolved and got the couch back to working again. Still having some mechanical issues. The couch itself is a beautiful couch and the color matches perfectly in our living room and it fits the space as well. We have limited room. Heed my warning, get the service warranty if purchasing! It’ll make life so much easier.

Really comfortable and looks high quality. The USB ports charge fast. Super heavy so thank goodness we got room of choice delivery, but surprisingly easy to assemble. The color is not pure white (see photo for comparison), more of a beige gray with more of a cool undergone actually.

Nice deep gray color. Leg extensions when reclining could be a little longer. Delivery was perfect. Fits in area perfectly. Comfortable. No complaints so far.

Absolutely an amazing buy for the price. Great quality and super comfy. Did not come with assembly instructions and took some figuring out. Would definitely buy again.
