Funny thing about this. I purchased ot because I thought i needed a new one. However my brother came over to put it in and here he finds my old one works, it was just jammed with a bone stuck in it. So since this one looks really good and had some good reviews, I have decided to keep it for when the old one really does quit working. I would recommend this disposal because it appears to be made of high quality material and was a great buy for the price.
