Customers appreciate the attractive appearance of this product, noting its handsome decorative qualities. However, many reviews indicate that the product is smaller than expected, which impacts its functionality on heavier doors and causes it to slide on certain floor types. While some customers find it to be a good value for the money, others express disappointment with its size and perceived quality, especially given its origin. The product's functionality is generally seen as adequate for lighter doors, but its small size and lack of a non-slip base are recurring concerns.
