It took a while to unpack and prep for install, but the initial impression of the unit itself is pretty good. It is a nice looking unit. It appears to be smaller than I expected but I haven't got it all together yet. I am VERY disappointed that the delivery people dropped it in my driveway without any contact or calls, they just left it and I was home. When you pay for a large item to be delivered inside it is frustrating. I had to push it inside my garage and it took two months for them to come back and bring it inside. As for packaging, it almost looks like the unit had been returned. The crating and packing was horrible and I'm surprised that I don't have damage, although I did find some. You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. I bought this lovely steam shower couple of years ago. I wasn’t able to install it until I returned back to Nigeria in December 2023. Unfortunately, it was licking out water from the sides. Initially I thought it was from the waste line but I discovered it was from the sides. We had to uncouple and use adhesive. I didn’t expect that but it worked. No more licking. Is this proper. Chima.
