Great mailbox that deters theft due to secure locking of box. Holds large amount of mail. Keeps contents dry from weather.

We bought two, one for us and one for our neighbor, since we share a mailbox location. Easy to mount and install. And we love the security for when we are away from home.

This is a heavy duty secure mail box. And the person that Wayfair recommended to install it, was very competent and professional.

I will never order anything from Wayfair as long as they use Angi. Angi is a worthless company! Today was supposed to be installation date. It was scheduled for 11 am. The guy texted and said he had another job at 11, but it was a quick one and asked if it was OK. I said ok, but let me know when you were on the way. An hour and 45 minutes later, he shows up. He did test 8 minutes before he showed to say he was arriving at 1245. I had a relative dig the hole that the directions indicated needed to be dug. Concrete was supposed to be used to fill in the hole to guarantee the post would stay snug and upright. The installer, who had to correspond with me through a translation app on his phone, had neither the concrete nor a pail to mix it in. I did happen to have a bag of concrete, but had no pail to mix it in. So, I had to cancel the installation. I am so angry at Wayfair and Angi! Now I am out the installation fee. I want my installation fee back! It was not my fault that any of this happened. It was Wayfair and Angi. What are you going to do to correct this!

Very good purchase. Needed this and it is easy to use and very attractive and appears durable.

Love the look. It’s nice and big however, there’s no way a package larger than a CD or DVD will fit. It does not help me be proactive to delivery thrives. Misleading. If you’re only looking to keep your mail (envelopes) safe this will work.
