I'm giving this one star because it arrive chipped and I have sent 3 emails with no response. And for some reason my account shows this item is unable to be returned, even though that was not the case when I purchased it. Knowing Wayfair often sends out damaged items, I wanted to make sure I was covered BEFORE I made the purchase. Now they've removed any option I had to rectify this issue and they refuse to respond to my inquiries. Wayfair, your customer service is a joke and you are cheating a customer. It's also much darker than the listing shows.

We love this vanity! It has beautiful clean lines and solid construction. The packaging was very secure. We needed to remove the countertop and drawers to carry the vanity upstairs, but reassembly was easy. The wood finish is smokier than I expected, but still relatively neutral.

The delivery was handled in a very prompt fashion. Upon arrival, I unboxed it and everything was as expected. I was concerned many reviews mentioned a cracked countertop but luckily not mine. Good product, great price.
