Was a bit confusing on how to readjust the arm initially to attach the rainfall shower head for install but it came out perfectly. Love it! The hose for the hand held sprayer is the longest I’ve had for a shower head combo. Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. We've dropped it several times and this last time it broke. Really love the shower head, though... hoping I can fix it or just replace the removable handle. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. I love it. Now when I take a shower I come out clean and feeling clean, for I have lousy water pressure. Ive bought the brand name shower heads and still couldnt get enough pressure to rinse the shampoo out of the head quickly. This shower head I bought from wayfair is awesome. Their shower heads are very reasonably priced and I didnt buy the most expensive one in the manufacturer line either. I bought the one in the midrange, which worked better and far cheaper then the high dollar brand names Ive bought before buying this one. I recommend too my family and friends to buy it..
