It was confusing. I ordered this model to mount an air conditioner in a casement window. When I received it, the instructions said that this model was for double-hung windows and not for casement or sliding windows. I looked at it and thought that it would work, and the Angi guy agreed. He mounted it, and it seems all right. Mixed messages.
