The finished product is not bad, design is unique and space efficient. Worst instructions I’ve ever seen on furniture- spelling mistakes, unclear and confusing. Basically you have to build alot from common sense so expect it to take a full day with a lot of cursing

Functional and cute

I’ve built a lot of furniture, and after looking at reviews it seemed this would be an easy build. That was not the case, the instructions are of little to no help and the diagrams included with the instructions are unnecessarily complicated and don’t assist in the lack of written instruction. What I will say is that after an entire day of building this desk, it does look good in my space. But even then, any screw you put in is chipping the paint and particle board.. and I was not being aggressive with it either. For the price point, either clearer instructions should be included or it should at least be made of sturdier materials.

I really like this dresserdesk combo. I have a small room and needed something that would fit in my space. This worked, and gave me additional storage. It was relatively easy to put together, I did the whole thing myself. I will say that the sliders for the drawers are bundled in a way that doesn’t necessarily match the instructions, so you have to unwrap all of the pieces to find the ones you need for each step. There were two drill holes that did not match between two boards, I tried flipping them around a few different ways to see if I just had them stacked improperly, but that wasn’t the case. I had to screw into one of the boards outside of the holes, which was easy enough to do because the material isn’t hard. The paint flaked around almost every screw. These all tend to be hidden, so it’s not a huge deal, but heads up it’s low quality. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the measurements between the desk and the dresser do not account for the thickness of the 4 round padded table they provide so the desk doesn’t scratch the top of the dresser. It’s a good idea, but the desk sits at a slight angle because its base (the side shelf) isn’t high enough so there’s a disconnect. See photo. Overall it died what I need it to and fits in my space, so I’m happy with it.

Delivered on time. Relatively easy to put together. Pre-drilled holes and posts fit together well. Love the options of different configuations
