Works well for my mom who is in a wheelchair.

It's just as described on the Wayfair site and serves its purpose for us. I bought it for our senior dog of 14 years. Although it has the traction grooves in it, I laid a gripper rug on it and our dog has no reservations walking on it. My only concern with it was that the gap or space between the two panels was slightly wider than I would have liked, but having said that, It's meant for wheelchairs and not necessarily for animals. The way it folds up, the attached handle and security chains are great!

It is not safe and it be going up and down as you walk is not strong enough and it be leaning sideways. I had to put two bricks under it to try and get it to work for me.

Very satisfied with purchase and glad to have found on sale. Now my wheelchair-bound niece can roll into my house for Thanksgiving Dinner. Also, since it’s not permanent and portable, I’ll have on hand for my aging 86 year-old Mom when the time comes that she’ll need it. Wayfair delivery exceptional, as always!

Easy to set up, description accurate, makes life much easier for mom to get in and out of house with her walker.

You might need to "shim" up the two side braces depending on your application. I needed to. There is no center brace making it rather noisy and shaky so I added one using a piece of 2X6 (base) and a 2X4 for the vertical rise. It now feels solid and works well.
