Your representative sold us the wrong parts and your customer service wanted me to pay the freight to bring it. Send it back. I think I’m tired of buying stuff from Wayfair. Thank you very much. Your products are usually good. Customer service sucks so does TI the last person I talk to DEBORAH was pretty good. She told me the real deal only after I purchase faulty materials from you guys.

Great full extension drawer slide, used to mount kitchen drawers. Drawers are easy to pull out and push back with very little effort.

Need to order another set. Got them to replace the cheap ones that came with an armoire. The drawer is pretty wide and deep and is holding all of my heavy towels and bed linens, etc. Several months installed and still gliding like new.

Excellent product….a must for every kitchen drawer. With these you can easily access the entire drawer, not have 1/4 difficult to reach.

These are incredible. I have a very expensive armoire with drawers that wouldn’t stay closed. I bought these and they worked perfectly. The best part is I didn’t have to use the tracks that go on the actual drawers because they worked just fine (they come with the order, but didn’t need em). It saved me a lot of time as changing the tracks is time consuming. If you have tracks that won’t keep your drawers shut, these are amazing. And the drawers close so quietly now!
