It took forever last year to get here so finally getting to use it. Seems good so far, just note how heavy it is, and that it goes in the wall, not the window.

Item is new and seems to not have been someone elses returned purchase. Doesnt have the outer casing. Cant even find the part on the website.

The delivery person Nick for GE was wonderful he went above and beyond his job and extra time that he took in order to make sure my appliance was delivered. The wait time when I ordered it it was back ordered and then it was extended again from the original delivery date so that was a little disappointing but in the end I rated a four because there was a delay of about a month and a half so I'm just happy that I received it and I am using the appliance as of right now and it's working wonderfully. I feel like I got very lucky on the deal I got for this appliance and hopefully it will last for a long time. Thank you to all

Works well so far. Only heat part though. Because it came at the end of summer. As other reviews said, there were no outer casting. At least, my apartment had a casting and the unit just slided in. Hope it would last. Keep you posted next year

HORRIBLE EXPIRIEMCE ! THE WORST ORDERED THIS IN MARCH GOT IT DELIVED IN SEPTEMBER!!! THR AC CAME WITH NO COVER OR OR RAIL TO PUT ON THE WINDOW! Ask them to keep the order that I’ll just wait for a new one and didn’t even do that !
