It's a nice unit but in the description it says it comes with the wall sleeve... well... it doesn't. So be prepaired to order one from ge.

I live in an apartment with 56 units . The only allow this GE Model as it fits in a sleeve. This is my second one as the first one couldn't handle the extreme heat from a Boiler Room directly under part of my apartment. This AC has helped with my health immensely

GE warranty department sent me this unit to replace a slightly different model that died before it was even 2 years old. The compressor didn’t work on their replacement. After weeks of back and forth with warranty, they sent ANOTHER DEFECTIVE unit. I’ve been with our AC since early June and this is obnoxious. Don’t buy.
