Is as described!! The pump feature doesn’t seem to work at 100 capacity.. unit works great in dehumidifying my basement.

It is working fine after 3 weeks of use. So far so good. The true test will be in a year or 2.

So far I'm happy with this unit. I've only had this product for several weeks for my basement. I had an old frigidaire dehumidifier which lasted over 13 years. I did my research on this unit and it's working as stated.

The coils in my 4 year old Frigidaire dehumidifier frosted up due to loss of refrigerant from a leak. I have to replace it as it is not repairable and I will not buy another Frigidaire. My advice is to buy the cheapest dehumidifier you can find as they are not reliable and you will be replacing it in under 5 years. It seems they are good at providing features but incapable of providing reliability.
