Absolutely amazing home sauna! It’s compact enough to fit perfectly in the space we had available, yet still roomy enough to sit comfortably and relax. It heats up to 140 degrees in less than 15 minutes, which is incredibly convenient when you want a quick session. The front and back panels were slightly heavy, but nothing my husband and I couldn’t handle together. Delivery was extremely smooth. I have only had the Sauna for 1 day, but so far so GOOD! All of the reviews (and the instructions) said set up was a 2 person job... definitely would have been easier with another set of hands but I carried everything down to a basement and assembled solo in less than 2 hrs. There are literally 7-10 pieces total. The electronics connections were super simple, great design. Got to 142 on first use. This is a great steamer. It is great for one person, 2 is ok but 3 is an absolute NO! The “chairs” that come with it are literally toddler beach chairs. So tiny and low to the ground. An adult would not sit in them. Definitely buy your own waterproof bench. Just measure to make sure it fits. Everything else is great. Easy and quick to set up. The cords on the 2 steamers are short so you may need to use an extension cord. But they automatically shut off when water runs out and they only go up to 45 mins. You will need to get batteries for the remotes as well. (The flat batteries). Over all I gave it a 4 because the chairs are ridiculous, the cords on the boilers are short, and the plastic thing that the steam comes out of could be better quality.
