This is perfect for our needs. We love having the pots and pans at our ready and this does not detract from our eyesight or look bulky in the kitchen.

I LOVE this! I had a broken piece of hardware, but I contacted Wayfair and they contacted the manufacturer and a new piece is on the way. Great customer service from all parties. (I'm still waiting for the part to arrive (shipped in 24 from contacting them) so I can hang it, but I would highly recommend this product and Wayfair!)

Very sturdy and looks great in my kitchen. Convenient to use. We had it installed without the long dangling suspension pieces but directly with the ceiling hooks provided, because with our ceiling height it would have hung too low. This was it worked great. Handyman did have to climb in the attic though to make sure the thing is securely in place.

Very classy and awesome now that it's up. The drywall thing that came with it was super old and kinda messed up, but we got it in and it looks really cool and is very functional.
