I have another rug from this company that is wonderful but this rug is extremely thin, will not lie flat even though I got it weeks ago, and my cats are already making it pill. If you have cats, this is not the rug for you.

I absolutely love this rug! I had been looking for a rug to sit on my blue floor that could handle heavy traffic at a back entrance. This is the perfect colour and style for my decor. I tried the runner first; unfortunately, the door didn’t clear the rug. Exchange was fast and easy and the replacement came promptly - excellent customer service!
