The vase was beautiful I was using it for urn it arrived damaged I was waiting for Wayfair to send the label and or send an exchange it was the worst experience ever especially at the time when you've lost a loved one and you're waiting for the Urn to put the remains in and Wayfair has to approve the return and takes more than three business days and you have to escalate it and escalate it and begging I will never shop at Wayfair again
