All pottery and china can crack if exposed to sudden changes in temperature, no matter how strong it is, so please don't take items from the freezer and put them straight into the oven or microwave, instead bring items slowly up or down to temperature where you can to avoid such cracks. Please do not expose to direct heat sources such as the hob or grill. Before first use, remove all product labels and wash in hot, soapy water. Don’t cut food directly on any enamel surface, or use any beaters or mixers in the cookware.
