Love it! Is just the material and size I was expecting, real good quality and shape

I love my order but that wasn’t the case when I got ready to have it delivered they loaded it back on to another truck and sent it from where it was being delivered back out to California and then I had to wait for it to be sent out again and then then team scraped my walk in my new house what a fiasco terrible

It's very large. It's very comfortable. I love it, the wife loves it, and the cat definitely loves it.

Very nice sofa . A little stiff but i believe it will get better later. 2 guys came out and assembled n put them in our living room. They are very professional and nice.

Nice set for the money. It is a bit stiff. Others have stated that it’s not reversible and that is incorrect. You just have to switch the brackets around which is really simple to do with a screw driver or electric drill. I received and put together in under an hour. Was missing a couple pieces of hardware but I will get with customer service and I’m sure they will send me the missing pieces to get it taken care of.

The only issue, mentioned in another comment was that one of these pieces doesnt have the right hinges to connect securely. Not a problem at all. The pieces still can be put next to each other. It is still reversible by my standards. Now to the good stuff. This couch is amazing. Very long and deep. It is firm, which is exactly what I wanted. The headrests are a huge plus I didnt even know about. We are a family of 8 and all can sit comfortably on this thing. I of course moved the ottoman to the middle which is where I like to sit, directly in front of TV. Perfect couch. White Glove installation as mentioned, no need to buy extra install. We absolutely love this couch. Very happy with this purchase.

The style and color fit my needs. If you are looking for a firm and sturdy seating arrangement, this is it. The delivery was on time and the Wayfair employees communicated via text when they would arrive. They assembled the pieces together and removed all trash.
