It looks realistic and you can have the heat on or off. The only thing that is a little strange are the three sound settings. One is the crackling fire but the other are bird sounds and the other is like the wind or waves. We don’t usually turn on the sound. It’s very pretty and nice to look at when the lights are off.

The flame and heater are amazing! Very realistic. I just wish there was a volume button for the crackle sound. It is very loud! And birds Ocean waves Besides the sound… I really love the look and the realism.

Very efficient little heater. Gives a nice look to faux fireplace. It’s not 100 real looking but it does the trick and keeps the room warm. Happy with the purchase.

Arrived when it was supposed to in good working condition

Everything worked the day it arrived, then I didn't use it for maybe a week. Today it got cold, so I was going to use it to heat my living room and the heat isn't working. The fireplace part looks pretty cool, but no heater is a deal breaker for me, that is why I bought this one, for the look and the heat.

It's next to the real thing for apartment living!

Exactly what I was looking for. The controls and remote are easy to work. The settings for sound are good. Crackling ,bird and ocean sound good. The Heat works excellent.

Product description for size did not match the actual size in depth. It was larger than stated.

Sound is too loud. Everything else is very good.

Instruction booklet grammar was confused (from China). Flame not realistic. Display on fire didn't match what brochure said would appear. Remote required lots of "clicks" to find setting.
