This unit is big for sure. Very heavy. BUT it is very powerful. It cools our entire bottom floor (town house 950 sq feet). We use an additional unit in our bedroom but this is sufficient for the bottom floor. If your window is not exactly flush with the windowsill, you might need some foam/padding to keep the unit centered.

Works so well! Was skeptical about it cooling as well as it has, actually had to turn the temperature up because it got cold. Easy to install and I love we don’t loose all the natural light because it’s low profile.

Sleek, modern and very quiet. This AC is exceptional in quality and ability to cool a room in under 10 minutes. The install was super easy and fits perfectly in my window. I did have to use some of the side pieces to ensure a tight seal but it was a quick process. Definitely would recommend.

Just what I wanted.

Should have looked at measurements and weight of the unit first. The unit fits and works perfectly, but it was a close call. Getting up in my years, so lifting it was a little challenging. Very happy with Wayfair. They always deliver on time.
