I love it. Very quiet, and it cools the room to a comfortable temperature and I am from Louisiana where the temperature is close to 100 degrees. I recommend this purchase

It works really well. It is a little noisier than what I was hoping but it cools down the upstairs on hot days.

Very quiet! Allows window to stay mostly closed Not obstructing the view. The unit cools down the primary suite nicely in the worst heat of the summer.

It gets very cold and keeps up well. It very pretty with a sleek design. I like that it has poles to keep it off of the outside wall.

This was easy to install and it’s great to have the ability to open the window. It’s still pretty loud though and it sticks out 8” off my wall which feels like a lot.

This machine is so quite i forget it’s on, set it up in no time it fits perfect. I wish they had an app so i could control it from work for my dog but other then that it’s amazing i need another one for another room.

IIt’s not as strong as my last 12k BTU air conditioner. It is more anaesthetically pleasing but I would’ve opted for a different AC had I known the effectiveness of the AC.

Does just what I needed, love it. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a great air conditioner
