Parts missing. Unable to get a response from the company. This was a major purchase that is not ysable without the missing parts!

I would love to be able to review this item….if I could get it! So far I have 3 roofs and nothing to put them on. Been since the 13th of June and still no resolution. Wayfair customer service has been amazing, supplier not so much…..still waiting and if I could give a no star rating I would. Very disappointed and frustrated
