Product is not the same as photos. Pump feature is poor and takes hours to dump 1pint. Humidity drop from 70 to 65 percent takes about 4 hours

So far so good! Our basement was very humid and within less than a day of operation this unit had lowered the humidity level to a normal, comfortable level. It is very quiet relative to older dehumidifiers we have owned and the built-in pump drains the unit into a nearby utility sink eliminating the need to empty the unit. The jury is out on its long-term durability, but we have had good luck with other Black Decker appliances and power tools and we hope this dehumidifier is no exception. We are very pleased so far and have given it 4 stars until we see how it performs over the months and years ahead.

Great! There was only one review on this item,but I was like what the heck, I’ll try it. This dehumidifier is large enough that I can leave it running all day without it shutting off. The handle is great for dumping the water ,but it also comes with a pump. I definitely feel a difference without my house feeling overly dry,which I have experienced before with a previous dehumidifier. My apartment is very humid,so I dump it at night before bed and in the morning before leaving for work. Perfect!
